ATTENDEE OVERVIEW

The following overview has been provided to assist you in making the Mega Job Expo Maryland (MJEM) a valuable, effective, and safe experience for all participants . Please note there is no cost to attend this event. The event is FREE.

Attire
We encourage all attendees to wear professional business attire to the MJEM. For men that includes suits with tie and for women business suits (pants or skirts). The MJEM will not have an area to store your coats, umbrellas or other accessories.

Resumes / Computer Access
Attendees are responsible for bringing a sufficient amount of resumes to the MJEM. The MJEM will not provide computer resources to edit, print out or copy resumes or other materials.

Accessories
We anticipate a large number of attendees and suggest that you do not bring large briefcases, roll-around luggage or large bags or laptop computers that could impact your movements or the movements of others at the MJEM.

Children
There are no provisions for childcare at this event. Strollers or car seats/carriers will not be permitted within the Mega Job Expo Maryland rooms. Attendees are encouraged secure childcare services in advance of this event.

Transportation
The Greenbelt Marriott Hotel is within a short bus or cab ride of the Greenbelt Metro station. Attendees are encouraged to use public transportation or to carpool to attend the MJEM. Maps and directions can be obtained by clicking here.

Food and Beverage
The Greenbelt Marriott has several food and beverage establishments including Starbucks, Silver Moon Café and the M Blue Bar and Lounge. Additional information on the Greenbelt Marriott restaurants and lounges can be found by clicking here.

Registration
We encourage attendees to pre-register for the MJEM. There will be designated areas for pre-registered attendees to check-in. Upon arrival at the MJEM you will need to check-in and receive an ID wristband. There is no admittance to MJEM rooms without an ID wristband. Please click here to register for the MJEM.
