SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES OVERVIEW
We thank you for your interest in sponsorship opportunities with the Mega Job Expo Maryland (MJEM). We have provided the following overview to assist potential sponsors . Please review the following before registering as a sponsor for the MJEM. Click here for a copy of this page.
Sponsorship Levels
For direct support, the following sponsorship levels are available:
- Platinum level, $3,000
- Gold level, $2,000
- Silver level, $1,000
- Bronze level, $500
The MJEM is also accepting in-kind support in the following areas:
- Printing expenses, signage
- Lanyards and badges
- Wristbands, (4,000 quantity in various colors)
- Office supplies (pens, tablets, clipboards)
- Raffle prizes
Benefits
Sponsors providing direct support and in-kind support will:
- Have their logo prominently displayed on the first page of the website
- Have their logo displayed on materials at the event
- Be recognized at the event dedication
- Have access to continental breakfast for up to three sponsor representatives in the VIP room on the day of the event
Transportation
The Greenbelt Marriott Hotel is within a short bus or cab ride of the Greenbelt Metro station. Maps and directions can be obtained by clicking here.
Lodging
If you require lodging for the MJEM at the Greenbelt Marriott, please call Marriott Hotels at (888) 236-2427.
Food and Beverage
Continental breakfast and snacks will be provided for sponsors in the Chesapeake A room. Sponsors will need to check-in and receive a colored wristband prior to going to the Chesapeake A room.
